Criminal law

Every human knows that criminal are always found where the society comes to fortune. White colar crimes spread out where good business are found as well. Sometimes innocent people are hit by the fate because of the jealousy of those who do not work properly. That is why our Firm has got a team of lawyers devoted to treat cases where innocent people come to be defended.

The team of criminal law is comprising of Mr. Roger Makolo Tshimanga who holds a bachelor degree in Public law from the law school of the University of Kinshasa. He became lawyer in 1999 after being Prosecutor and Magistrate during  9 years. Mr. Pathy Bitafu Ditondo, a lawyer holding a bachelor degree in Private and Litigation law from the law school of the Protestant University of Congo –DRC-. Finally the team I completed by Mr. Delphin Lufuluabo Mulolo, holding a bachelor degree in Private and Litigation law from the law school of the University of Kinshasa.
